DaDa Underwear's ("we" "us" "our") website ("site") and any services that are related to the site and made available to you are in accordance with the following 'Terms and Conditions'. Please read and ensure you are fully aware of it's contents before placing any orders on www.dadaunderwear.com. By using the website, you are signifying that you agree to be bound by it's conditions. We recommend keeping a copy for future reference.

DaDaUnderwear.com is wholly owned and operated by DaDa Underwear Ltd with registration number SC419996. The registered address is 4 Heriot Hill Terrace, Edinburgh, EH7 4DY.

Eligibility to Purchase

In order for us to process your order, it is necessary for you to provide certain personal details including your first and last name, email, phone number, physical address and any other requested information. To confirm a purchase, you will be required to provide valid payment details and by doing so you are confirming you are the person referred to in the billing information.

Those individuals under the age of eighteen are granted access to use the site with the supervision of an adult. To make a purchase on the site, individuals must have been issued a valid debit/credit card issued by a bank deemed acceptable by DaDa Underwear who have authorised us to process the amount of the total purchase price for the products you are ordering.

By making a purchase, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you to complete any necessary anti fraud checks we deem necessary. Personal information which you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention entity.

Licence for website access

DaDa Underwear hereby grants you a limited licence to access and use our website for personal use. Without prior agreement from DaDa Underwear, you may not download (except page caching) or modify any part of the site. This temporary license does not include any form of resale or commercial use or any collection and use of product listings, descriptions and/or prices using any method. No part of this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied or sold without our written consent.

No form of our trademark, logo or proprietary information maybe framed without written consent. Any unauthorised use terminates said licence.

Trademarks

DaDa Underwear and all logos incorporating our name or brand used within this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of DaDa Underwear Ltd. The DaDa logos, crosses, items and scripts may not be used in connection with any other product or service that is likely to be confused with DaDa Underwear.

Orders and Contract

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and any items that are in your shopping basket are not in any way reserved and may be purchased by the first person to complete their order.

When your order is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase a product from us which is accepted when we despatch the item/s to you. We will also send you an email confirming that your order has been despatched- this email will signify our acceptance of the order. Therefore the contract is concluded in the UK and the language is in English. When you place an order on www.dadaunderwear.com you are entering into a contract with DaDa Underwear Ltd.

Orders will be despatched to the address provided with the order. If this address is incorrect, the responsibility lies with you and DaDa can not be held responsible.

Any issues regarding the order and/or product must be received by email or in writing within 30 days of the order being placed.

Standard Delivery

Any UK order confirmed with DaDa Underwear will be shipped using Royal Mail's 'first class' postal service. We cannot be held responsible for any issues occurring whilst in transit and any issues will need to be resolved with Royal Mail directly. If you would prefer the security of 'recorded delivery', please upgrade during the checkout process.

Pricing and Availability

Items that you see at www.dadaunderwear.com are generally available for despatch at our warehouse, on the possibility that this is not the case, we reserve the right to offer you a similar product of the same value. If you are unhappy with this choice, we will offer you a full refund.

All of our prices are set in GBP. If you are buying products from outside of the UK, the exchange will be set by your card issuer and we hold no responsibility for any currency exchange grievances. Any import taxes/duty will be your responsibility.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The T&C's and all of our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance with the relevant United Kingdom law and the relevant courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Relationship with DaDa Underwear Ltd

You agree to acknowledge that no joint venture or any form of partnership or relationship exists between you and DaDa Underwear Ltd as a result of the T&C's of your use of this site.

Subscription

By joining our 'Quarterly Subscription Club' you are accepting our terms of agreement and consenting to us taking £5 every month until you cease the agreement. You will only receive a pair direct to your door after three payments have been taken.

What is DaDa all about?

We got frustrated with the same old underwear being churned out by designer brands and high street stores and decided it was time to focus on comfort and convenience. We have tried to update mens underwear by creating super comfortable styles from soft and sustainable materials that are all ethically produced in Sri Lanka. We make underwear interesting in every way we can and keep it convenient by delivering a fresh pair every quarter with our Quarterly Underwear Club.
Is bamboo underwear really soft?

Yes, incredibly soft. Bamboo fibres are broken down and spun into a yarn, which is then combined with the ideal mixture of cotton and elastane making it soft and stretchy. It’s got to be tried.
Do you offer enhancing underwear?

Our Shorty is not strictly designed as ‘enhancing underwear’, but to make men feel more confident in their underwear. Our unique ‘comfy pouch’ adds volume and generally makes men feel less self conscious when in their underwear. You never know when you might end up in your underwear and even if you don’t, why not feel more confident.
Can I return the underwear if I don’t like it?

Unfortunately, like all underwear retailers, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene reasons. If you are unhappy with the product, please do provide feedback and we’ll see what we can do.
Why is DaDa underwear more expensive?

Every part of DaDa underwear is truly premium, which has a cost, but also a ‘feel good’ factor:

-The fabrics we use are made using bamboo rayon and organic cotton, which is roughly twice the cost of normal cotton.

-Our underwear is produced ethically with manufacturers that are audited regularly and pay their workers a ‘living wage’. This costs a lot more than the ‘Made in China’ label on most underwear.

-Since, we are a small brand, our volumes are very low, which unfortunately costs more, but also ensures you aren’t wearing the same underwear as every other guy.
-Our underwear comes in beautiful boxes made from recycled tea paper. Beats the standard plastic packaging you usually get.

In a recent survey, 83% of customers rated DaDa their most comfortable underwear. For something we wear every single day more than any other item of clothing, we think its worth investing.

How does sizing work?

We recommend you have a think about the way you like to wear your underwear and then use our measurements below to guide you.

You wear underwear all day, everyday so it’s important to get the right fit. If you like a tight fit, go down a size and if you like it loose, go up as theres plenty of stretch to keep them snug.

With the retro, the fabric has no stretch so use the ‘extended waist’ measurements to gauge how much room you will have.

Can I purchase the QUC for someone else?

Absolutely. Click on Quarterly Underwear Club and select 'Buy as a Gift' and you will receive a voucher to give to the recipient. These is £50 for four pairs of underwear and the recipient then visits our site to redeem their code and select their style, size and delivery address. A perfectly personalised gift for every man.
How do I change my preferences?

At present, any changes must be made using [email protected] As of early February, you will be able to login and make any changes and amendments yourself. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Can I choose my colours?

You can select your preferred style and size, but colour is picked at random based on previous shipments. We are working on a way to allow choosing individual styles and hope to have that live by next year.
When will I receive my first pair?

Your underwear will be sent out the 1st of the month following full payment being received, i.e. if you pay £50 for one year, you will receive your first pair early the following month. If you pay £5 a month, you will receive your first pair the month after three payments have been taken.
How can I cancel?

From February, you will be able to login and cancel at any time, but until then, just email [email protected] and we will cancel your subscription immediately. If you cancel after payments have been taken, but you are yet to receive a pair, we can delay cancellation.
